Phone appts are always a little difficult --& I haven't met this (these) physicians, yet. I didn't intend to interrupt the Dr & face her scorn, but just needed info pertaining to medication I need. She called more than 2 hrs earlShow moreier than our scheduled appt, which normally wouldn't be a problem, but I had waited over an hour on hold with the IRS, had gotten an agent less than 2 min prior, and needed 15 seconds to verify the answer to my question. It was an inconvenient way to start our phone appt, but it was truly less than 15 seconds, & the Dr could hear that I was just clarifying the answer to my question--- just a single sentence, with the IRS agent, responding, YES. THAT'S RIGHT! Part of the problem was I didn't recognize Dr Doshi as the Dr, bc my previous phone appt was with a male physician. I made her angry, finishing that last sentence on a different phone involved in a different conversation with the IRS agent, and then she became really angry bc I asked questions. I'm counting on the fact that appts must be easier face-to-face.
I was very happy with the doctor the nurse who attended me but as for the front desk i woul recommend she be curious with the patients signing in make thrm feel welcomed. My experience was I walked to the window she just placed Show morethe sign in log i signed and waited thinking she woul say something bu she turned and talking to a coworker she noticed me just standing an what i though wad ruid she said you can sit she did the same thing to the kady behind me this is the second time, but yet she's very loud talking to her coworkers. My feed back is because I've done customer service, receptionist duties and that is not professional This reflects your office doctor. I had a conversation with some of the other patients on the lobby while waiting and they felt the same. SORRY for the long feedback and thank you

Ok except I'm upset I have to wait a month to be seen and I'm dealing with pain that's hard to tolerate. She did take extensive blood tests which is a good sign of concern. My only problem so far is the delay in being seen.

Dr Doshi and all her PA’s are amazing. The office staff is amazing as well except for 1 her name is Jessica not to be confused with the office manager Jessica. She is rude disrespectful and very unhelpful she needs to take a course in customer service. Other than that one person this is an amazing place

Dr Doshi is professional at what she does, she is very concerned with her patients and is very caring. Dr Doshi is a wonderful listener and very empathetic with her patience. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is having problems with fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, aches, and pains, or any such thing. I am very happy with her and I Would not change her for anyone else.

Dr. Dipti Doshi, MD is excellent! I'm actually the patients caretaker and I can honestly say that the office is very nice, the wait isn't horrible, but best of all is Dr Dipti, she It's very thorough and she is always trying to find solutions. I highly recommend her and this office. Tony

I like the staff which seems to be very friendly, I didn't have to wait to long, the office was cleaning and organizing. Plus I received an injection from a MA who was in training and she did a wonderful job
