Who am I?! When can I breathe again? When can I be the person I used to be? I want to go back to my normal life, but I don’t want to be judged because of it. I love my child(ren), and also, I was so happy when it was just me. Is it even possible to find me again? Life's journey can often feel overwhelming and emotionally challenging. When thoughts of being misunderstood take over, it's easy to feel emotionally drained and ready to give up, worried about letting others down. Feeling like you've tried without seeing desired results can feel disheartening. This is where working with a therapist becomes invaluable.
