Been seeing Dr Schiavoni for over 20 years. He is a professional, very knowledgeable and is a classy individual. He not only looks good, but he is an excellent Doctor. He spends as much time as needed in order to address my conditShow moreion, which is diabetes. I also have been diagnosed with HBP and cholesterol. I also have CKD and neuropathy. Dr Schiavoni ensures I keep up with all my test ( colonoscopy, endoscopy, kidney specialist. Heart doctor and eye doctor.). He is on top of all my blood work medication and insulin. I for one am going to truly miss our quality time, both professionally and socially as we discuss family. I wish the GREAT Doctor much happiness in retirement, as he has earned and deserves to now relax a little and reap the benefits of his hard labor. Dr Schiavoni worked many long hours and I know his staff enjoyed working for him. May his new journey with family be an exciting and joyful time of his life. Dr. Kazakis is an outstanding provider. After too many years of subpar care from my previous provider, I decided (at age 58) to switch my doctor from my hometown of Concord NH to Southern NH Internal Medicine in Derry. I could notShow more be more pleased with the care I have received. I had my annual physical and for the first time in many years I finally had a thorough and comprehensive physical. It was amazing to have a provider who is proactive in her care (vs. reactive.) Dr Kazakis identified potential hereditary risks and made preventive referrals for which my previous provider never acknowledged or addressed. Traveling 30-35 minutes for my healthcare is more than worth the extra time and cost of gasoline. If you have grown tired of doctors who simply check the boxes then I highly recommend SNHIM and their dedicated health care team.

He is the most caring physician I have ever met. Have been a patient of his for 25 yrs.very knowledgeable and up to date on treatments and drugs explains everything so I can understand the reasons for meds and treatments needed to keep me healthy It is unfortunate that he is retiring in December will miss his care.
