Doctor Escorcia visit went very well. He explained how my knee procedure would go. I'm excited to get it overwith so I will be able to walk without pain. I didn't realize that there was a procedure like this. I would recommend peoShow moreple to talk with Alliance Spine and Pain center about all their problems with pain. I'm having other issues to deal with also that I will get to later on.

Eduardo Escorcia, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist at Alliance Spine & Pain in Austell, Canton, and Dallas, Georgia. He is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine, with decades of experience and specialized training in advanced, cutting-edge pain treatments.
Dr. Escorcia earned his medical degree at Facultad de Medicina. He completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic.
He also completed a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida, and a fellowship in interventional pain medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Escorcia received top-quality training in anesthesiology at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. He also has private practice experience from South Miami Hospital in South Miami, Florida, including comprehensive pain management.

Staff is always friendly and professional
I’m a long time patient. I’ve been coming to Escorcia for at least 10 to 15 years and he’s always treated me well! I would highly recommend him!

His manner was very calm and professional. Did a through exam of problem area, and educated me about things I didn't know. Let me vent my frustration about not getting anything but very short term relief from prior procedures from a different clinic. Also after exam, he felt there may be a different area causing the pain. I appreciated his throughness and patience
Dr Gayles, as well as other staff members, were always very patient and professional. Moreover, Dr Gayles was clearly informed on current pain management methods.
Dr.Gayles is genuinely concerned about a patient’s improvement. He checks throughout his prescribed treatment to ensure there is improvement at a satisfying level if not he’s quick to seek resolution. Although he’s a busy guy he’ll always find the time to make sure you’re satisfied with the direction your treatment is going. It is truly a blessing to have this manner of Physician.

Dr. Gayles gives energy that suggests he cares about you as a person and your healing. His staff is very patient. I had a lot of paperwork to submit to varies entities and they helped me each time.

He is very knowledgeable on what he does. He listens to what going on with you and dont interfere with like most doctors do. He takes his time with you. I like that the most it doesn't matter how many time you go he like to know what is going on so he can fix your problem. I was going to a different office and decided to change because of my health, I was hesitating about going to this place because of what ppl say about it. If you read the reviews and if there bad its because they couldn't get the help they wanted and.most.of the time its just to get pain medication. This doctor know what he doing and know if you there just to get medication. I would highly recommend him to anyone out there. So please do not listen to the reviews like I almost did. I am so.glad I came to him.

Caring and empathetic staff, clean and bright office, and I felt completely comfortable at all times. Dr. Malik and his staff listened to all my concerns thoroughly, and I really felt like I was “heard” in regards to my pain. I was involved in choosing all aspects of my care and treatment plan, and that felt really empowering. I am already experiencing improvement with the medications he gave me to last until my injections start in a few weeks. I am really looking forward to working with Dr. Malik to give me a DRAMATIC improvement to my overall quality of life. Highly recommend this practice!!
