I’ve had an increased need for Dr Toulouie’s medical advice and services over the last 12 months; nearly 60 years old I’ve needed recommendations to 2 specialist, and other medical needs. I’m a healthcare practitioner, and I find that Dr. Toulouie’s offices have developed in leaps and bounds over the last several years. Whenever I've seen Dr Toulouie’s, she’s informed, present, and able to explain the recommended next steps. Shes busy and not a chit chatter about of topic. If you have additional questions however, they will take additional time to explain options. They’re not all warm and fuzzy like your children’s doctors. It’s a healthcare business and they’re good at what they do. I don’t think this was necessarily the case 10 years ago, but her offices have stepped up their game, and Dr. T is On the Ball. She’s no fuss, kind and efficient. She even cracks a smile and laughs when appropriate. Her staff is diverse and efficient. I’ve been in three office locations and the are not fancy but clean and efficient. My experience is that she provides clinical rotations to medical interns. I’ve always been asked if it’s ok that those individuals be present when they see me. Finally I think when considering a new medical practice; it’s a big change and one needs to give a new relationship time to develop. You will be in good hands.
I entered the office unexpectedly to ask for help solving a referral problem. Olivia, greeting staff member made sure I was able to remain and see doctor for first time. Every staff member helped me no matter how busy they were. Show moreThe NP made me feel great as she got my new patient information and the doctor stepped in to create new patient information despite I didn’t have an appointment. They solved my problem and I left ready to tell my friends about this very sophisticated office. I look forward to seeing them again.

Great doctor
Dr Elahe Toulouie has been my primary physician for years. She is very much involved in my care. She listens and is consistent in offering preventative measures that can keep me health. Her office staff are friendly and it’s a great atmosphere for an office visit. I turned 70 this year and walked away with a clean bill of health. I highly recommend her services.
Dr. Toulouie is friendly and very professional. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Facility is also nice. I would recommend her/her practice. Staff is also nice and professional.
Dr Toulouie is not a good listener and got my new patient intake appointment all wrong. I left the intake appointment feeling like I was ambushed. Had to wait 2 months to follow up. At follow up appointment the Dr had an attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Are we not supposed to be able to confide and feel listened to? I got none of that from Dr Toulouie.
Very knowledgeable and kind, answered all my questions.

Because of another bout of Covid (4th), I have not yet been able to visit your office. I did test negative yesterday, so I'm looking forward to my first visit. I did rate you as a 5-Star practice since computers have no way of understanding this AND real prople answer the phones!
