I got a tele-med appointment less than 24 hours after I contacted the doctor's office. And Elizabeth was terrific. She listened to what was going on for me, suggested an over-the-counter remedy, set a specific timeframe for when I should feel better, and asked that I contact her in a week so that if my symptoms hadn't resolved, she could consider writing me a prescription. I feel I have a great medical home.
