About Elle Trainor, CNM

Elle Trainor, CNM, IBCLC, MSN, is a certified nurse-midwife and board certified lactation consultant who brings her calm and compassionate care to May Grant Obstetrics and Gynecology serving patients in Lancaster, Intercourse, and Healthy Beginnings Lime Street in Lancaster, PA.

After working as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse at UCLA hospital, Elle completed her nurse-midwifery training in the California Bay Area at the University of California, San Francisco. Prior to joining May Grant, Elle worked in Lancaster County as an out-of-hospital nurse midwife, catching babies at a free-standing birth center and in client homes.

She has a special interest in complementary and alternative therapies, natural childbirth, and supporting family building among immigrant, Spanish-speaking, and LGBTQ+ communities.

In her spare time, Elle enjoys cooking, gardening, knitting, and hiking with her family.
