My experience with Dr Eric Spencer was good as per usual. However, felt that the person at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude because I asked if she didn’t had my insurance information in the systeShow morem, since it hasn’t changed over the years. I felt that she wasted a few minutes of my time when I got there. She was actually having a conversation with anther co worker. Told me to have a seat and waited. After her luscious juicy conversation with her coworker, talking about personal stuff as I overheard the conversation, then she handed me papers to fill out. Of course I filled out the first paper page and handed in and with the cynical comment she told me I did not complete filling out all the pages. even then she was still not very nice about my mistake which is not filling out the four pages. I would suggest that she may be moved to the back and deal with paperwork rather than dealing with the public. Thank you.
From the minute you walk in till the second you leave it’s VIP service. The young ladies at the reception are like concierge managers, they want to get things don’t for you with pleasure and pride. Dr Spencer you is a Class A doctShow moreor. Very attentive. Doesn’t rush the visit at all. Listens and gives advice by putting the patient best interest first and not rushing to surgery to make milk your insurance. He’s a stand up guy. I highly recommend this office. These people are only missing capes with a letter S on the back.
