Erica helps me in many ways! She touch’s topics that she knows means the world to me about my wife who I miss so much and emphasizes the positive things that makes me smile and feel good about the great experiences I had with her rather than dwell on her loss and get depressed which is what I tend to do ! She is helping me except what has happened which was very hard for me to do without her.
