Dr. Madrigal is the President and Founder of Living Water Clinic – Clínica Agua Viva and a family physician serving his hometown of Porterville, CA. He is affiliated with Sierra View Medical Center. With nearly a decade of practice, he specializes in preventive medicine, occupational medicine, and rural health, and has extensive experience in the management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes.

In addition to clinical care, Dr. Madrigal brings expertise in practice management and entrepreneurship, shaping innovative approaches to healthcare delivery in underserved communities. He also serves as a Medical Advisor for FemPower Medical, an organization dedicated to empowering women with education and professional guidance on reproductive and sexual health.
