When in the shower I noticed a lump under my armpit. I was very upset. I called the office at 8:45, and was asked if I could be there at 10 AM. I came right over and was seen promptly By Dr. JANOTHA. She was wonderful, and assureShow mored me that it was a cyst. I was given antibiotics, and the cyst has decreased in size considerably already. I am very grateful to everyone in this practice.
My first visit with Dr. Mandato I was very nervous because I am so use to Dr. Mesbah. But, she did not disappoint. She has a very warm and human element approach. Erin Mandato, MD is an obstetrics and gynecology physician at Mesbah OB/GYN in Garden City, New York. Dr. Mandato has a passion for obstetrics and spending time getting to know her patients throughout their pregnancy.
Dr. Mandato earned her bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Medicine at the University at Buffalo, New York. She continued her medical training in Buffalo, where she completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency. During residency, she invested her time to become certified in minimally invasive robotic surgery.
Dr. Mandato is excited to be home on Long Island, to continue providing compassionate and high quality care to all patients.
Dedicated to medical education, Dr. Mandato shares her knowledge with residents and medical students as an adjunct assistant professor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Long Island School of Medicine in Mineola, New York.

The staff is so nice and supportive! They listen and truly care about their patients! Last year I found a lump and they sent me for a mamo/sono and set me up with the most amazing cancer doctors. This year when I came back for my yearly visit (cancer free) they were so kind! I highly recommend!!
