I have seen Dr. Cubas for years. Having lived in different states, I have had a lot of different primary physicians. he is the type of physician that even if I moved again, I would fly back to see him. he takes time to address my Show moreconcerns, and he looks at me holistically as a person. Remembers information about me, that is beyond what doctors slip in their notes about their patients. He truly is an astonishing individual and is the top reason I come to Associates MD. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff, and I’m very grateful to have such an amazing physician!
My doctor and his assistant are great. The check-in staff seem unconcerned. Some are slow to acknowledge you and seem like they are just watching the clock. Then, at closing time, the support staff are the first ones out the door Show moreand they nearly trample over you to get to their cars. My most recent visit was on a Friday, so I guess that may have had an effect. Maybe I need to have an appointment earlier in the week or earlier in the day. This is the first time that I was not too thrilled about my visit.

The quality of service is really bad, I went in and the assistant took me to the room, she said the doctor will be there shortly, I spent sitting there for a whole hour, no one had the courtesy to tell me that the doctor was delayed or something, I just walked out of that office, but they probably will go ahead and charge my insurance as though I did have the consultation, is very disrespectful the way they treat patients or at least myself
