All of the staff, including Dr. Matthews were friendly and created a comfortable environment. After a very brief discussion, Dr. Matthews and I decided on a medication that she would prescribe, but she didn’t even tell me the nameShow more of it, and I didn’t realize that until after I left. She just told me what kind of pill it was. I went to my pharmacy later that day to pick it up and they didn’t even have anything on record of the prescription being sent over. Dr. Matthews didn’t go over the instructions for taking the pill, which again I didn’t realize until after the visit. I have taken similar ones before so I guess she assumed I knew, but I still feel like she should have gone over it with me, especially since this is a different one and is taken slightly differently, based on what I’ve read online. Overall an okay visit, but I’m going to have to call the office to see what happened to my prescription
Jeannie is great but the wait time before being seen is consistently too long. This is my third visit and each time, the waiting room has been full or nearly full, and I have witnessed patients/clients frustrated with their wait tShow moreime and repeatedly asking front desk staff “how much longer?” As such, the office appears disorganized, and communication between staff seems lacking. The tech came into my treatment room (the door was closed) as I was getting dressed to start turning the room for the next patient. She didn’t realize I was in there and was startled when she saw me. Some system flaws such as that could use some work. But every practitioner I have seen once I am in the treatment room has been caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

A Hunter College graduate, Grace earned a Master of Science in women’s health and midwifery from Columbia University School of Nursing in New York City. She has worked at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center in Greenwich Village, Planned Parenthood in Hamilton and Trenton, New Jersey, and most recently, at St. Peter’s University Hospital as a midwife.
A native of New York City, Grace now lives in New Jersey and is a mother of two adult children and a grandmother to one grandson. Outside of work, she loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.

Today ‘s visit with Mrs. Grace Fimbel provided me with respectful attention to all necessary routine GYN concerns of a 78-year old woman. Ms. Fimbel checked all boxes after this past Covid year that took its toll on all of us. I felt the visit helped me in the process of getting back in touch with self-care. Thank you WHC of Princeton.
Nurse Fimbel was excellent. She was informative about my health care and very personable. Office staff were excellent as well.

Excellent service
I appreciate being able to see Dr. Mathews via telemedicine during this unprecedented time. However, I was not satisfied with having to wait for the appointment to begin for a long period of time. It drained my phone battery while I was waiting for almost 20 minutes for the video call to begin. I would have rather the doctor call me directly for a regular phone call than be on a video call.

Dr Mathews takes the time to listen to you, and is extremely knowledgeable about endometriosis and the resultant problems it can create, even post-menopause. She addressed all my concerns, even health issues that are not strictly gynecological but which may affect matters she's treating, and her explanations relieved my anxiety about the surgical procedure. The office personnel are friendly and attentive too.
