Gretchen Purkey did a great job working with me and my daughter at the same time. She was sensitive to my daughter's special needs and made both of us feel comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but received a call yesterday thatShow more not enough sample was collected on my pap smear so I have to go back and get the test done again. Although it's not a huge deal, that is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Thanks.
This was my and my daughters first visit with this group. Had been to another multi doctor practice and we were discussed with the doctors and the staff so both of us were a little nervous. However, I have nothing but praise for tShow morehe staff and nurse practitioner we saw. Staff was very friendly even though they were very busy and Gretchen was absolutely wonderful. Very kind ,patient and informative. I am so glad we found this practice.
Gretchen Purkey, NP, is an experienced nurse practitioner offering the highest level of care at Martin, Lee & Page OBGYN in Memphis, Tennessee. She has extensive experience in women’s health, primary care, and urgent care practices. Gretchen also provides skincare consultations along with Botox and dermal filler injections.
Gretchen grew up in Clinton, Mississippi, and attended the University of Mississippi. She graduated from Mississippi College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Gretchen then spent 15 years working as a registered nurse in obstetrics, pediatrics, and post-anesthesia care. In 2013, she graduated from the University of Memphis with a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
As a women’s health provider, Gretchen has a particular interest in hormone management and is passionate about helping her patients achieve and maintain optimal health. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and traveling. Gretchen looks forward to assisting new and returning patients at Martin, Lee & Page OBGYN.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I had to see the NP under scary circumstances and Ms. Purkey was so nice, and very compassionate towards my situation. She reassured me so much, and I have heard nothing but great things about all the Drs. There. The staff were also very nice! I’m so excited to meet my Dr on Monday!
