About Hannah Massa, OD

Dr. Massa was born and raised in Saginaw, MI, and completed her undergraduate degree at Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Massa then continued her education further, graduating with honors from Indiana University School of Optometry where she was also a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honors Society. She completed internships at WJB Dorn Veterans Administration Medical Center in Columbia, SC, The Villages Veteran Administration in The Villages, FL, Atwater Eyecare Center in Bloomington, IN, and Cataract and Laser Institute in Fort Wayne, IN with an intensive concentration on ocular diseases such as macular degeneration, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and allergies, contact lens fitting, pre-and post-surgery exams, routine vision testing and pediatric eye exams. Dr. Massa had previously worked several years at both Riverfront and Bloomberg Eyecare offices as a technician and optician before she became an optometrist.  

 

In her free time, Dr. Massa enjoys playing softball, going on hikes, and spending time with her family/friends. She’s always eager to learn about new advancements in the optometry world to provide her patients with the best care possible.

Dr. Massa will provide our patients with the same incredible service and professionalism they have come to expect and we welcome Dr. Massa to our practice.
