For the most part, I have had a great experience with this doctors office. The girl at the front is always very nice and making conversation, the girl at the checkout desk is always extremely helpful and courteous. However, there Show moreis an older hispanic woman who takes vitals and I have to say she is very rude. I had a negative experience with her at the beginning of my pregnancy and thought “maybe she’s just having a bad day” well I get her again and it is the same negative experience, she talks to you people like they don't know anything and will make faces at any questions asked. I am a RN and I've seen how she has been with patients and it is unacceptable. She failed to take my weight when I was called to the back. The other young girl on the other hand has always been very kind, helpful and will even joke around with me. Someone please get that rude MA some proper clinical and patient satisfaction training.
The doctor is nice, makes you feel comfortable and tells a lot of jokes. He’s the only reason why I keep coming back for my prenatal visits. It’s the other staff members( nurses are receptionist) that I’m not very comfortable witShow moreh. Every time I walk in, it feels like it’s my first time because no one recognizes me. The doctor comes with a different nurse every time which makes it impossible for her to know what happened or what was discussed during your previous visits. It has happened that the nurse lost my urine sample( she told me to leave it in the bathroom which I did and when she went like 30mn later to take it but she said it wasn’t there). I’m sure since the clinic is always so busy someone went after me and threw away my sample? Another incident is when I got my glucose test, it was posted on the portal that I did not do it. I’m not sure how you lose someone’s results…

Excellent experience! Dr. Ahmed is passionate about what he does, every patient’s health improvement is his personal victory. Same attitude is observed from his staff. They genuinely care and it shows from the moment you enter their office. Yes, it is busy, but the most efficient office operations I have experienced. I am grateful and highly recommend (came in for the uterus fibroids removal surgery and building path to a healthy first pregnancy at 38 years old).

The front desk workers made the experience quite enjoyable. They greet you with a grin from the moment you walk in, and even if they are on the phone, they make you feel welcome. From the beginning of the visit to the end! Dr Consults are rapid, but it all depends on the patient, as he is never in a hurry to leave the room. He addresses all of your problems and provides you time to talk about them. I wished I had found him earlier in my previous pregnancies. I really suggest this clinic.

Visit was great. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. He treats you like a person, shows concerns, takes time to listen and gives feedback. The office is very nice with a peasant atmosphere.
