This is the first team of doctors who were proactive enough to get an MRI for my daughter to figure out the root of issue of her ongoing ear infections in her right ear. The MRI identified the ear issues and they also found an unrShow moreelated issue that is related to her brain. Although I wish the news was better, at least we now know about it all. The doctor sent referrals to specialists the same day as our appointment and I was able to book one on them today (the day after out appointment at Oasis)! I have been to plenty of ENT's and yet, this is the first one that said, "let's get to the root of the problem. We need to investigate this further." If one more ENT told me to get tubes again for my daughter, I was going to lose my mind. Go to this office. They are dedicated to finding the real root issue instead of simply putting tubes in and using the "wait and see" method - over and over again. I am forever indebted to them for helping us figure this out. Now my daughter can get the help she needs and hopefully save the hearing in her right ear. THANK YOU HEATHER DESROCHES!!!!!
I had been CAUFFING and hacking and was slowing loosing my voice and my ability to swallow for over 5 months before this appointment . My nose was soooo red and sore on the inside that even with the numbing spray that she admiShow morenistered I couldn't tolerate her probe in my nose an inch, .for 3 seconds. She patiently attempted 3 times with no success.. She then stopped the examination and made an appointment for me to go to another SPECIALIST for further testing. ALL the staff I came in contact with were VERY UNDERSTANDING AND FRENDLY. I would recommend this doctor to any of my family or friends.

Heather was born and raised in Connecticut. Her love for animals drove her to pursue an animal science degree at the University of Connecticut, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She graduated top of her class in the College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources, and was honored to lead the procession of her graduating class.
After realizing her passion in human medicine, Heather attended Midwestern University, where she obtained her Master of Medical Science degree. Gaining experience in 8 different specialties, she was most drawn to Ear, Nose, and Throat. With the ability to help patients of all ages, participate in hands-on procedures, and build lasting relationships with patients, she committed herself to this field, and she absolutely loves it.
Despite changing career paths, Heather is still actively involved with animals. She founded a volunteer club at her university that has since helped raise thousands of dollars for animals in need. She currently volunteers in the Phoenix valley for animal shelters and loves her pup Caesar more than anything! In her free time, she loves to hike, travel, and spend time with her family back East.

Everyone was helpful and aware of my problem
Wonderful office. They got me in a month ahead of time of other ENT’s. I was having continuous nosebleeds. From the minute we walked into the office. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, and Heather and her assistance were so nice and made us feel so comfortable, even though I was feeling so anxious, they are the best.
New to Oasis. Everyone was very friendly and informative. It did take some time as they had my name in as Beth and it is Tana B. New systems and new building I understand. Yes I would recommend.
