Our appointment almost didn’t happen when our 16 year old came down with a high grade fever. We were quickly able to pivot and change to a telehealth appointment. We had been trying to get a diagnosis for six years and after carShow moreeful consideration, we had a diagnosis AND a referral for the testing we needed within one day. We appreciate the knowledge and compassion our child was met with. He felt as though he mattered and his concerns were heard.

I was able to get in right away and Heather always takes time to listen and figure out what is going on. She explained the diagnosis and treatment.
Heather was wonderful! I contacted her at home after hours with a concern about my daughter. She answered me back very promptly and we were able to go in the next morning to see her. My daughter had some bloodwork drawn and she made the comment afterwards that she was very gentle.
