Arriving at doctors office at 9:45 and completing my visit which included visit to mammography to make appointment took actual time of leaving this appointment to 11:22. Each station of check- in was pleasant. I reacquainted with Show moreformer middle school student at front reception, Ms. Finley, chatted with 2-3 yr old and her mother in next waiting room, was greeted by exceptional nurse of Dr. Helen Rogers then refreshed past conversation about my health and wellness with Dr. Helen Rogers. I enjoy this annual visit to reacquaint with familiar faces over many years now. Thank y’all for taking care of so many women and their unborn children. May God bless you for honoring life.

Dr. Helen Rogers is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Dr. Rogers grew up in Mobile, Alabama, and attended Mc-Gill-Toolen Catholic High School. She then attended Clemson University on a full cross country and track scholarship. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She was an academic at Atlantic Coast Conference all four years of college and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Rogers attended medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society in her third year of medical school. She went on to complete her residency at the University of Florida in Gainsville at Shands Hospital. She served as Chief Resident in her fourth year of residency and received several teaching awards.
Dr. Rogers moved back home to Mobile in 1998 and has been in private practice for 24 years. She performs minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries and practices both low and high-risk obstetrics.
In her free time, Dr. Rogers enjoys exercising, traveling, socializing with friends and family, cheering for Auburn sports, and spending time with Tiger and Tiny her Maltipoos. Dr. Rogers married Tom Johnson in 2021 and they just celebrated their 1st Anniversary!
