I honestly have never had an issue with their office since I’ve started going. But yesterday was different. So I got a bill of $56 the week before and had planned to pay it on a certain day. When I arrived at my appointment the reShow moreceptionist brought up my balance and I told her I’d pay this Friday. Well she was acting as if they wouldn’t see me without me paying. Which if that’s their policy that’s 100% okay, but it wasn’t EVER communicated. I feel like had that been communicated - I could’ve rearranged my appointment. & then she wasn’t really direct, she was kind of timid like she didn’t want to be up front with me. I had my 10 m.o. with me and waited in the lobby for a good hour and a half. Well the MA calls me and asks if I have a urine sample(which I was never asked to do) then they start whispering about the situation STILL nothing from the receptionist at this point. So I go up and I’m just like I’ll pay it but it is putting me in a position. I’m a SAHM & would’ve needed to make prior arrangements with my husband if that was the case. She goes on to say, well we may collect up front for the procedure you’re having today. NEVER have they done that in the past! Which that was like $169 or so. I just felt embarrassed and belittled. All bc I didn’t pay my bill I was being treated like I never take care of the bills they send. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Now my doctor herself, was wonderful. No complaints, but I just wish the staff would communicate with their patients better and things would be more efficient.
Everything was good except the very rude receptionist who checked in me. I went there for an annual check-up, and I was concerned about it. I was not sure that would be a visit with the problem. She asked what it was. I told herShow more that I was not sure what I had was normal or abnormal. She asked me for detail for billing. Why do I need to talk about my medical concern details at the desk? I don't get it. Where are patients confidentially? She was so unpleasant
Holly Cheung, DO, is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist with the team at Nurture Women’s Health in Frisco, Texas.
Dr. Cheung is a North Texas local and grew up in nearby Keller, Texas. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas, where she received her Bachelor of Science in both biology and neuroscience. She then earned her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth. During medical school, she was elected into the Sigma Sigma Phi honor society for academic and service achievements. Dr. Cheung then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California.
Dr. Cheung decided to pursue a career in medicine out of her desire to serve others. Her most gratifying moments are when she can make a difference in the lives and families of her patients. Her special interests include managing high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive surgery, abnormal uterine bleeding, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and treatment of acne.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Cheung enjoys gardening, running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and her Swiss Shepherd, Ezra.

Love Dr. Cheung and her staff. She takes the time to go over what your diagnosis is and your options. I appreciate her candidness and find her to be a very compassionate and kind doctor.
Very disappointed in the care that I received. Dr. Cheung did not listen to any concerns and only checked basic labs. Felt very rushed and uncared for.
Dr.Cheung is always so sweet and really helpful. I never leave the office with more questions than before coming in.
