As a new patient, I received reminders before my first visit. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and was taken back at the designated time. The examination was thorough, I had not had a doctor check my air flow, my bowels, Show moreetc. An issue was noted with my hand and immediately several doctors came in and reviewed my hand. I was given a referral, all of this on my first visit.
I had a great experience during my office visit. The admins were thorough and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming. The Nurse Practitioner was professional, attentive, anShow mored truly caring. I also appreciated the minimal wait time — everything ran on schedule. Highly recommend!

Nice place and I like my doctor
The Nurse Practitioner spent a good amount of time with us discussing our bloodwork and what all of it means. She helped establish a plan to help lower LCL and to raise Vita D.

This facility is exceptional; the staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a comfortable experience for all.
The visit was efficient and we were seen quickly! We didn’t have to wait long at all! Our doctor was so nice and she made our daughter feel seen and heard.

Dr. Brenda and the office staff are wonderful. They are kind and the wait time is very short. Dr. Brenda listens to you when you are asking her a questions, she provides quality time to everyone, and she is a very good doctor.

Very difficult to get referrals in a timely manner. When you call about it the office manager makes excuses then proceeds to degrade you by saying well with the type of insurance you have we don't really get paid. Basically saying be glad we are doing anything for you. It is the doctors choice to accept the insurance providers he does. My wife and I are still waiting on 2 prescription refills to be sent to the pharmacy almost 3 weeks later still nothing
