Dr. Tetro is one of the most caring, thoughtful and wonderful doctors I have ever met. I moved from Queens to Long Island 3 years ago, and could easily find a doctor that is closer. Dr. Tetro earned her medical degree at the College of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York. She then completed her residency in family medicine at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Queens. Dr. Tetro is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, and the New York State Osteopathic Medical Society. She is fluent in English and Russian and can deliver outstanding care to patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Dr. Tetro is our primary care physician for about 20 years. She’s an amazing doctor always attentive very professional, and caring, with a beautiful smile and great bedside manners. Her office conveniently located at the heart of Forest Hills is very welcoming with a friendly staff. They all care about their patients and try their best to meet everyone needs, most important to keep all them healthy :). My husband & I will highly recommend Dr. Tetro to all our friends and everyone who needs a doctor who cares for them like for her family.
As always Dt Ida listens and takes action based on what is right. I have been with Dr Ida for years now.

For something as simple as conveying to me my test results, the doctor made me take time out of work and go all the way to meet her. I don't think I will be continuing with this doctor if I for no serious reason, I am being made to skip time from work time and time again just to make appointments.
