Dr DiMenna is so kind and caring. I haven’t been to the practice in 4 years and he didn’t skip a beat. Today I am feeling so much better. My only complaint is the front desk check in person. She was very rude. I told her I didn’t Show moreneed a referral and she refused to believe me. She made me call my family doctor’s office twice to get her verification twice. That is really her job to call Medicare if she doesn’t know about the different plans coverages.

Jacques Tran, DPM, is a fresh-faced doctor serving the communities of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, at Family Foot and Ankle Center of South Jersey. Dr. Tran is working toward his board certification. He is astute and adept in the latest techniques in podiatric care and surgery.
Dr. Tran earned his doctorate in podiatric medicine at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He still calls Philly home. He went on to complete a surgical residency at Jefferson Health in New Jersey. Dr. Tran has staff hospital privileges at Virtua Voorhees, Marlton Divisions and Jefferson Hospital.
Dr. Tran is wise to the most recent studies and techniques in the foot and ankle world. He enjoys treating anything foot and ankle related from at-risk foot care to complete reconstructive surgery.
He bleeds green through and through. He is a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He enjoys playing volleyball, tennis, soccer and of course video games. He and his fiance, Genevieve, love watching anime. He is an avid foodie and one of his favorite hobbies is first going to a restaurant to try new food, and then he recreates it in his own kitchen. He is always trying to learn something new and can find joy within the most precarious moments.

All of my questions were answered and a clear prognosis was given. Appointment on time and employees were very kind.
Dr Tran was very personable and professional. I felt he knows what he was doing and explained a little more about planters fasciitis. I’m not sure how long it takes for corizone shots to really be effective so far one foot feels better than the other. I will return to the practice. To the practice… My deepest condolences for the passing of Dr Bakanas. He will be truly missed.
Was pleasantly introduced to Dr “Jack” Tran who will be taking over my care going forward. Very nice young man. He did a superb job trimming back my fungal infected big toe nails and overgrown calluses and staving off ingrown toe nails. Both feet feel great.
