I had an excellent experience with the staff and Dr Atkins .
Dr Atkins goes above & beyond, as a patient, I feel HEARD.
Dr. Atkins and his staff were extremely personable and attentive. We were seen promptly and the visit was executed without delays. Dr. Atkins was very kind and listened to our every question and concern and provided answers that were clear. I give Dr. Atkins and staff 5 out of 5 stars without question. My only concern is the office address and how it's actual location shows up on google maps and the like. If that could be clarified this would have been a flawless office visit.

I appreciate attentive and well-organized staff at the clinic. Procedure preparations are detailed. Pharmacy orders timely and confirmed. The surgery preparation, surgery and post-surgery process excellent. The surgent, anesthesiologist, nurses and office personnel are very professional and do great job. Dr Adkins was very thorough in diagnosing my medical condition. He prescribed an antibiotic that did not agree with me so he quickly changed it for me
My initial visit left me hopeful after well over a year of problems. Dr. Atkins, unlike others, explained everything in easy to understand terms as well and the steps necessary to correct my problem. I look forward to my next visit even though I dread SA traffic.

He will go the extra mile for you even when it is an inconvenience to him or his staff. He is highly skilled but down to earth & friendly.
