I’ve seen an ENT since childhood and I can honestly say this office, doctors, and entire experience has been the best I’ve ever encountered. Everyone I talked with was very polite and accommodating. The doctors I met were very infShow moreormative and detailed. I didn’t feel rushed or unimportant. It was truly refreshing to meet with someone who is willing to try everything in their power to help their patient. PA James talked with me and allowed me to ask all of my questions, and there were a lot, without making me feel like a burden. This office is over an hour away from my home, but I would gladly drive two if it meant this type of service.
While delivering news that I didn't particularly want to hear, James Hanshew was calm, polite, and honest, which I appreciated. He explained things thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I didn't feel rushed as he took aShow moremple time to answer all my questions as well as provided me with short and long-term options. I also appreciate that he's willing to take a conservative approach before immediately recommending surgery. I really value James Hanshew's overall demeanor. He has great bed-side manner and really seems to care, which is rare in the medical field. I highly recommend him.

In 2017, he earned his master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale/Davie, Florida.
