I've been seeing James for a few years now and have never been anything less than greatly pleased. I have and will continue to recommend him and the entire office there. They're all completely amazing!!! A couple of thingsShow more I appreciate most is how little time is spent in the waiting room and how they explain everything in plain words rather than overly complex medical phrases. Though no one is excited to go to the dr, they make every experience as wonder as is possible!! Thanks for all y'all do!

I didn’t have an appointment, but they got me right in. Didn’t have to wait long before he came in. I was satisfied with what he told me. But, as if 4:00, he had not yet sent prescriptions to the pharmacy yet.

My visit with James Pickens was all I was hoping it would be. He was very professional and thorough. He asked all the questions I thought should be asked and answered all of my concerns. At the same time he was quite cordial, friendly and conversed with me in terms I could understand. I am very comfortable with my decision to have Buffalo Family Practice as my primary care provider for medical needs.
