I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and was taken back right on time. There was very little wait for the doctor. He addressed my situation quickly and offered several ways to proceed for my treatment. I thought I waShow mores going to have have my big toe nail removed but he showed he could take a non-invasive path that would give me the relief I was looking for. He did it quickly but with a constant narrative about what he was doing. He was able to do much more than I thought possible.
Dr. Rano was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how I should be treating my problem and why. His medical assistant was very kind and knowledgeable as well. She was very patient with me and helped me fill out all the iShow morenformation on the pad. She as well took some time and gave me great information about my toe that I was not aware of. I would highly recommend his office.

Friendly atmosphere, always attentive to needs, willing to answer any questions or concerns that I may have.
Very thankful that Stephany told me what to expect before the edge of the toenail was removed as I was more relaxed when Dr. Reno came in. He was smiling and friendly, repeated everything Stephany had said, got all the supplies and talked to me while he was doing the removal. I was surprised how quickly and painlessly it all happened, and I was home in an hour.
I was very impressed with my visit. I was nervous because my feet were not the best. Both Stephanie and Dr Rano put me at ease. Answered all my questions. Dr Rano did excellent job on my feet. Thank u so much.

This was my first visit with Dr. Rano. I had attempted to take care of my problem with another doctor which was a failure. Dr. Rano gave my situation considerable thought and time and presented a treatment plan that gives me hope. Both he and his staff Stefanie are kind, careful, experienced and knowledgeable. I was looking for a smart doctor. I think I have found a smart team.
