Excellent doctor ..one of my favorite doctors to see
This place did nothing for me but swipe my insurance card. Waste of my time and would not recommend.
I came in 2 weeks ago for a sore throat the start of some sickness. James didnt give me the proper treatmeant and also didnt even check my ears heartbeat etc. He didnt tell me what I had just put me on 2 medicines. Im way more sick now and the medicine he gave me made my body worse and i came back yesterday because of how bad it is and a different doc checked me out and said i have a bad ear infection etc. This could have been prevented if James Seto did his job correctly im really sick even mor
I arrived early and was admitted within 35 minute... The doctor tested my concern. I am happy with my care there.

I was not satisfied with the fact that my daughter who is like my caregiver was not allowed to come into the room with me . I am diagnosed with dementia and it is crucial for me to have someone with me at all doctor visits. The assistants were not really able to explain to my daughter my diagnosis and was still left with uncertainty and unanswered questions.
Kind and friendly staff, Dr. On call was friendly and prompt on sending my prescriptions to my pharmacy.

Doctor was very helpful and was a good listener. Found out what was wrong right away!
It was a great experience. However I’m still getting bills. One for $80 one for $34 when I paid $240 to be seen. There’s no description on what it’s for. That’s a little irritating.
