Welcome to Care Rite, PLLC, with locations in Dyersburg, Halls, Ripley, and Brentwood, Tennessee. Our skilled team of primary care experts supports the health of children aged 2 and older, teenagers, and adults, encompassing men’s health, women’s health, pediatrics, and geriatrics care. 

Care Rite, PLLC, treats injuries, illnesses, and diseases while offering preventive care at our office locations and via telehealth. We also accept walk-in appointments for added convenience. 

Our practice provides the highest level of professional care by empathetic, compassionate, friendly, and highly experienced medical staff. We help patients manage an array of chronic diseases, including asthma, diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), heart disease, and kidney disease.

In addition to chronic disease management, Care Rite, PLLC, offers wellness visits, sick visits, sports physicals, medication management, medically supervised weight loss, and much more. 

Our team also recognizes the importance of mental health, providing outstanding care for conditions like depression and anxiety, and offers comprehensive behavioral health services.

We customize treatment plans based on a patient’s unique medical needs to maximize their health and well-being.

Our diagnostic services include on-site ultrasounds, electrocardiograms (EKGs), stress testing, and X-rays, as well as in-house labs. We also provide bone density exams, pelvic exams with Pap testing for women, and home sleep tests for patients struggling with sleep apnea.
