This is my third visit with Dr Herndon but I already feel like I've known him forever! He is DEFINITELY my favorite doctor. He is compassionate, always takes time to answer any questions fully and most definitely has the patient'sShow more best interest at heart. He always has a smile on his face and is the first doctor I have actually enjoyed having in MANY years.
Good but pain in my spine has gotten unbearable now 1st week in June. I wish something could be done to help me. It hurts i barely can get out of bed and up from chairs etc. I have to use walking stick constantly now to help me geShow moret around and walk. Pain is so unbearable!!!!

Dr. Herndon began his formal education in Nashville, Tennessee, at Trevecca Nazarene University, where he graduated with an undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry. He received his medical doctorate from Meharry Medical College, also in Nashville. He completed a residency in anesthesia at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina, then did a fellowship in pain management at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Since 2012, Dr. Herndon has gained extensive experience and training in the field of interventional pain management. He’s developed a reputation as a caring and compassionate provider with an excellent bedside manner and an empathetic approach to pain management.

Dr Herndon is the best doctor I've ever been to when it comes to pain management he knows what he's doing and he's very professional. He does not try to talk above my head he talks to me on my level.
