I told Doctor RODRIGUEZ to tell his mother she did a Wonderful Job Raising Him. For a first time patient I was extremely satisfied. From the friendliness starting at the front desk, to the back when meeting the rest of the staff. At some places you can tell "it's just a job" but there I got the sense that evShow moreeryone truly enjoys being there, and loves what they do. I guess I have this condition where sometimes my vagus nerve cause me to pass out w needles, and unfortunately that happened in his office. It was embarrassing to say the least. Lol However Mr. Chapa and his assistant made sure I was taken care of. I cannot express how much I appreciated that. So, yes definitely a 5* rating!

Jayce is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned his bachelor’s in biology. A long-time resident of Texas, Jayce continued his education at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, and received his Physician Assistant Degree. He took a particular interest in the field of dermatology and has been proud to practice it ever since.
Jayce has been in practice for over seven years. His experience encompasses skin cancer exams, skin surgery, aesthetic treatments such as Botox®, and knowledge of cutaneous diseases.
Jayce is bilingual in English and Spanish and truly enjoys caring for his patients. When not at Heights Dermatology, Jayce enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and their beautiful daughter.

The whole experience was good. The staff from help desk to treatment was organized and professional. I felt like they were more than employees and worked hard to make a positive experience. Thanks, Jayce, for your good eye and gentleness.
I felt comfortable with the doctor. He was helpful and insightful and plans to be proactive for any insurance issues that may come up.

Dr Rodriguez is very cordial and professional. He listened to my concerns and did my 6 month checkup. I would recommend him if you need a dermatologist.

35 minute past my appt, I was taken back. Dr. Rodriguez arrived shortly after and the appt. went quickly after that. I would advise to make early morning appts.

Good visit, but I don’t think they checked where I am on my deductible at this point of the year. I have met my deductible and believe the bill should have been lower. But other then that, the visit was very pleasant.
