My only disappointment is that you guys didn't have the aqua cast available, I was told it was on back order due to a delay on the manufacturer's end. I called the company that manufactures aquacast to inquire about buying it myseShow morelf & asked about the supposed "back order", the representative told me they didn't have anything on back order or delayed shipping at the moment. So, I'm under the impression that it hasn't actually been reordered by whoever is supposed to place the orders for this office.
My appointment was for 1:45pm. I was called back to see the Mr. Jenai Castaneda, PA within 10 minutes of my arrival which was great. He asked me a few follow up questions and proceeded to explain what the next steps were. He alsoShow more introduced me to his assistant and I apologize that I don’t remember her name. She was very personable as well. I’m a happy patient and would recommend The Sports Medicine Orthopedic Institute to my family and friends.
Jenai Castaneda, PA-C, is a physician assistant at the Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Institute in Victorville, California.
He sees patients of all ages in the office, performing exams to make a diagnosis or to prescribe medications or therapy. Mr. Castaneda also assists the surgeon team during orthopedic procedures for tendon repairs, wound closures, and fractures.
Mr. Castaneda completed his Bachelor of Science with honors at the California State University (CSUSB), San Bernardino, before earning his master’s degree with honors at Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU) in Pomona, California.
Between September 2019 and September 2020, Mr. Castaneda completed several medical rotations, gaining valuable experience in pediatrics, cardiology, family medicine, internal medicine, OB/GYN, general surgery, and orthopedic surgery.

Always professional, but always compassionate
The office staff was very friendly and professional and the doctor was very patient with my questions. I received a cortisone injection in my knee and honestly didn't feel anything but a little bit of pressure Xlnt job Doctor !!! Feels great !!! Thank you very much !!!
