I always look forward to my appointments, everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the lab to Lily the loving therapy dog, are people you want to be arShow moreound. As a doctor - jen has changed and saved my life many times over. When I go in I swear she already knows what I’m going to say and knows what to do before I even finish describing what’s wrong. Don’t worry though, she’ll always let you finish first because she knows that the act of sharing is just aa important in working towards overall wellness. Dr. Jordan earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Elms College in 2018 and became board certified as a family nurse practitioner. With nearly 22 years of experience in all areas of healthcare, Dr. Jordan believes in a collaborative approach to bringing wellness to the whole person, family, and community.
Dr. Jordan believes healthcare does not end once symptoms are treated. True wellness is a state of whole-being that’s achieved by building partnerships between patients and providers.
