I had a car incident which caused me to be late. I was 10 mins late. I called first to let the staff know. They were very kind and I was able to see Dr. Mossman without feeling rushed and I was happy to wait to see her, which rShow moreeally wasn't long. Dr. Mosman was very informative so that I am able to make a decision to have my uterus and ovaries removed relative to the estrogen + breast cancer I had in 9/16. I have had a tough time getting my body to shut down my ovaries at age 53. Dr. Luyun recommended I talk with her. So glad I did! I can now start toward bringing my medicals issues to a close. I am so thankful I was able to get in quickly for a consult with Dr. Mosman. She is my OBGYN. The practice as a whole has been very good to me since I started back with them several years ago. Dr Mosman and ultrasound technician were extremely sympathetic and understanding. They took the time to ensure my comfort to the best Of their ability and explained everything well. The billing department is in deep need of educShow moreation and does not correctly handle patients billing. I was overcharged. It was not addressed after multiple phone calls. I then attempted to address it at the appt and was told I would be refunded my overcharged amount. And then was not. I am so frustrated because I know calling back it a effort that is not worth while.

Dr. Mosmen earned her Bachelor of Arts at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont, before continuing on to the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington. She completed both her residency and fellowship in obstetrics and gynecology at Connecticut’s Hartford Hospital.
Today, she is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a member of both the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Medical Association. She also has an appointment at St. Peter’s Hospital, the very hospital in which she was born. She loves serving the community that helped raise her and is committed to helping women throughout Albany lead healthy, fruitful lives.
She delivers gynecology and obstetric care to women in all seasons of life. That said, she is particularly dedicated to helping adolescent women get comfortable, convenient gynecological care. Dr. Mosmen also specializes in treating vulvar disorders and high-risk obstetric patients.
