She also went above and beyond by helping me get enrolled in a program to make the medication affordable. Dr. Collins is truly one in a million — compassionate, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to her patients. I am so grateful I found her when I did. If you are looking for a dermatologist who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile for you, I can’t recommend Dr. Collins highly enough.

Jessica Collins, DO, is a dermatologist with a distinctive passion for excellent skin care. She sees patients at the Park City Dermatology location in Heber City, Utah. Dr. Collins frequently treats skin health issues like acne, skin growths, rashes, and skin cancer. Dr. Collins grew up in rural Kentucky before attending the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado, for her undergraduate education. She graduated magna cum laude and then attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, to earn her master’s degree. She returned to her home state shortly after to complete medical school at the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Dr. Collins then expanded her repertoire with an internship at Adena Regional Medical Center in Ross County, Ohio. She then completed a year in clinical research, studying cutaneous lymphoma at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. In 2021, she finished her dermatology residency training at Opti-West/Arrowhead Regional Medical Center/Aspen Dermatology in Springville, Utah.
Dr. Collins currently holds affiliations with the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Medical Association. She keeps up with the latest advancements in dermatology in order to give her patients the highest standard of care. In her free time, Dr. Collins is highly active. She enjoys traveling internationally, hiking, biking, and skiing, as well as spending quality time with her husband and two children.

They treated me very well and were right on top of my personal issues (pacemaker). They were very informative and I was involved in the decision making process for my ailment. They were very professional and personal.
Dr. Collins was very efficient and interested. She listened to my multiple concerns, and addressed all of them. I think I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Took my 11 year old daughter in to have a clear mole on her face looked at and possibly removed that day. There was no mention of any topical numbing just a needle to inject the numbing medicine. I asked the nurse, “is there no topical numbing available?” She had no answer. The needle went in, It was obviously extremely painful and my daughter was begging for the nurse to stop, she kept crying, “please stop, I can’t do this, it burns so bad!” She and I waited in the room alone for the numbing to kick in, when the Dr returned I asked again why no topical numbing was offered. Her answer.. “I’m so sorry, I didn’t even think of that.” What?! You’re a physician, isn’t that part of your job and hopefully desire to make your patients as comfortable as possible?! You didn’t even think of topical numbing BEFORE you inject a needle into my daughter’s face?! I’ve had two moles removed at different times at two different dermatologists offices…both times I was given a topical numbing agent that took about 20-30 minutes to kick in. THEN they injected the needle. I did’t feel one ounce of pain. Either time. Very disappointed in the lack of concern for my sweet 11 year old daughter’s comfort.

Dr. Collins is truly exceptional. I originally came in for a specific skin concern, but during the visit, she went above and beyond by doing a full evaluation and even identified a few other issues I hadn’t noticed or come in for. That kind of thoroughness and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated.
This was our first time seeing Dr Collins. I felt like she listened to us and found a really good solution for my daughter.
