I have rarely had a physician or health care provider in all of my years who is as attentive, careful, and knowledgeable as Jessie Zimmerman. She has spotted very small moles or lesions that I would never have noticed, reassures mShow moree of the benignness of other spots that I start to worry about, and most recently, she told me about a probable explanation for some random lumps that even my GP and the radiologist who read the results of a scan of those lumps never came up with. She's also super engaging and thoughtful as a person. I look forward to my appointments with her, even though it means wearing a hospital gown! :D

Jessie Zimmerman, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Idaho Skin Surgery Center, practicing out of our Boise, Idaho location. Her mission is to provide comprehensive dermatological services to patients throughout the entire Treasure Valley.
Jessie received her undergraduate degree from Boise State University and her graduate PA degree from Idaho State University. She joined the practice with a background in business and dermatology. She is certified by the NCCPA and a member of the AAPA, IAPA, and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants. She also has certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Jessie grew up in the Treasure Valley and is pleased to be practicing locally. In her free time, you can find her exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Jessie does my annual exams. I noticed an issue off schedule and asked if they could look at it. They squeezed me, Jessie looked at it and immediately removed it. Really appreciate them being patient with me and dealing with the issue quickly. She explained things very well and I am comfortable with it going forward.
