Needed to change my PCP because I needed to see a doctor in the late afternoon hours. Dr, Park has late hours twice a week, Monday and Friday and her office is only 5 minute drive from my home. even though it was my first visit,Show more it took only 10 to 15 minutes before finishing all the paperwork and seeing the doctor. The office staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Park was kind, knowledgeable and professional . I would recommend Dr. Park to whom are looking for a good family doctor.
I have been going to Dr. Park for many years. She is straight to the point which I like. She now has another doctor in her office who is really nice. As far as the front desk I think it can be better. I personally never had an Show moreissue with them however one recommendation would be that they should call patients to the window instead of them yelling your address and reason for visit where everyone can hear. Aside from that no other issues.
Jia Park, MD, is a compassionate, board-certified family medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience. She provides high-quality medical care to patients of all socioeconomic backgrounds at her practice, Comprehensive Family Medical Practice in the Bayside neighborhood of Queens, New York. Dr. Park manages all aspects of family medical care, from preventive care to the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
Dr. Park received her bachelor of science degree from the City College of New York/Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program in New York City. She earned her medical degree from Stony Brook School of Medicine in Stony Brook, New York. Dr. Park then relocated to upstate New York to complete her family medicine residency at the Albany Medical Center in Albany. To better serve her community, she is also a licensed medical acupuncturist.
