This is the first review I have ever chosen to leave because Dr. Idema and her staff are wonderful. Starting with taking time to explain in detail what I was dealing with. I never felt rushed. After I had my xrays and MRI, again tShow morehey went over everything in detail regarding my options. The Cortisone shot I required in my hip wasn't anywhere near as uncomfortable as I had imagined it to be. Dr. Idema and Jackie chatted with me the whole time and before I knew it I was done. I can't say enough how nice and down to earth these people are. Thank you everyone.

Best care, compassionate and professional all in one. It's hard to find that in today's care giving. Thank you to all the office staff, the nurse practitioner and of course Dr. Idema. Will only go to this practice from now on and that in it self, gives me comfort. Monika DiRenna
It’s great to have a Doctor who wants to fix problems rather than just managing them. Dr Idema is a fixer and excellent at doing so.

I was very pleased with the doctor and ladies that work there.
After being in incredible pain due to my extensive cervical spine issues, the thought of the necessary surgery terrified me. Thankfully, I happened upon Dr. Idema and she not only listened to my apprehensions and issues, she addressed each and every one honestly. I am now 3 months post-surgery and not only had a great recovery due to her expertise, but she literally saved my life and my mobility and made one of the most frightening experiences of my life bearable, I'll never be able to thank her enough for the honesty and compassion she gave throughout.

Dr.Idema was very easy to understand as she explained my MRI and planned a course of action immediately. So far my wife and I are both glad we took a friend’s advice to see her.
Quickly taken in for treatment on time, getting some relief today. Will return in 2 weeks. They always listen to my concerns and symptoms.
Listened to factors leading to my pain and inability to do ADL. Reviewed X-ray and formed plan to move forward. Dr Idema could teach the male radiologist how to properly read an X-ray. Staff is great. My brother had great care here as well.

Didn’t feel rushed at all - took the needed amount of time to explain pending surgical options, their approaches, cause / effect relationships, and associated risks. Really appreciate her holistic approach to surgery / overall health and the minimally invasive surgical procedure she recommended (for my situation).

It was fast an efficient. I’m a new patient trying to find answers. I’ve injured my back for the 3 time. The first two times I recall why, this time it just randomly started hurting and now my legs are being bothered with pain and tingling also. I’ve seen a chiro for 3 weeks with little to no improvement. (My previous chiro fixed me when I injured my back the first 2 times) After almost a month of pain I decided to find an ortho DR. Dr Idema had great reviews and I figured I’d look into the office. So glad I did. From the moment I walked in til I left, everyone was so nice!
