It was our 1st time at this office ,and fist time with Dr. Shawn, he was very attentive , kind and a great listener and seemed very caring , he took his time answered all my questions and concerns, and even told my teenage daughShow moreter about online support groups for teens and adults with epilepsy. I came in with many worries and concerns and honestly left the office feeling optimistic and at peace .. was a very pleasant experience and I’m very happy that my daughter also felt the same way ,Only one of the lady’s In the front office was very kind and helpful , she was able to help me with some documents, answered my questions and instructed me what to do with the forms.,I don’t remember her name but she has a great attitude towards all the patients, the other girl on the hand just ignored us and seemed bothered to even be there , bad customers service skills and lacks , just a rude vibe . I would recommend this office , over all the Dr. was amazing . I was praying for a Good Neurologist to care for my daughter and I think we found one!

Great communication
Dr. Met me ar Cedars. My case is dificult neurtoxiicity reported in July and rapid neuro symptoms now. He was kind and offered to do spinal tap outpatient after i complted tests at Hospital. My two other MD had recomended because of my severe symptoms and progression of neurological loss of balance and severe headaches. I look forward to meeting with him on line to schedule

Discussed ordering Rxs in 90 day lots. The doctor was very helpful and professional.
Very unimpressed. The male doctor knew what was going on. That’s why this isn’t one star. Thank you. But the female neurologist I saw prescribed the wrong medication to the wrong pharmacy, causing a three week delay in my brain surgery migraine medication. The bottle was in her hands when she still got the dose, number of pills, and pharmacy wrong. She cut my pain meds to 0 for weeks and 75% lower when they did arrive. She also didn’t know that my appointment was for: it was to verify the mri scan didn’t show a deathly brain bleed. It took her over an hour to understand I would not leave until she simply answered my question: do the scans show that I need a second emergency brain surgery within 24 hours? After an hour she finally uncovered the results to me that I’d live. I thought I was dying. She couldn’t be bothered to help me at all and the appointment costs way too much for that tomfoolery. I’m angry and in pain. She wore pearls but didn’t take care of me properly.
We are very satisfied with the service we received.

Worst experience!!! Wasting time. I wish I could give zero star. One even is too high! My father was his patient for year and half and he never visited him. Every time just sending non doctor staff and asking same questions and then charge Insurance. After all wasting time we visited another doctor and everything going much faster. The funny part is they are still calling to give him phone call appointment after I asked them to stop calling us!

First of all who is Jacqueline E. Second of all if you are fraudually treating someone using my medical insurance I will be calling them 3rd of all I never been or seen anyone at this facility..Looks like fraud to me..4th of all I have nor been seen by a doctor since 2022

The doctor who called me had a huge Indian accent. Could not understand most of what she was telling me.
I've been happy with all the staff; they always answer all my questions. They've been courteous, kind, and patient. The reason I haven't given them 5 stars is because I've had problems receiving my medication. They're almost always slow to send it.
I'm in a lot of pain and he said he would push my Referral over for a injection. I'm not to happy about the length and time that I have to wait for the referral but I was explained it's out of Jonathan's hands and that I need to see someone else for the injection and surgery. Jonathan is great at listening I do hope they call me soon

Very good providers. They take their time and not rush. Sometimes the office will run a little late so be prepared to wait between 30 to 45 minutes. Ur the care is very good. Great staff at the location! Especially the main lady who runs the front desk.
