This revised not for Dr. Eskenazi - it’s for Dr Benjamin Gross working in the same suite. The waiting room has a bit of a cold feel to it - nothing fancy. The Tov videos can be loud, fast moving animated videos / so far a littleShow more bill im my opinion. The receptionist is calm and capable. All the other staff are polite, friendly and seem to do their job well. The doctor/s listen well and check out all that may be necessary. They are pleasant, caring and thorough. Parking is extremely limited in the building and very expensive especially if you have to be there for a few hours. Try to park on street with meters for 1 hour or 2 blocks away has 2 hour free parking on the street. Would recommend the Dr and this facility

Good staff get you in and out plus you don't have to wait to long time to be seen very kind and while you waiting have on a good movie as well. Not crowded always great you with a smile and very polite and the doctors are awesome.

They are outstanding, seriously, secure, and professional, with the pacient. Very nice friendly , and understanding , when the pacient have a questions or concerns about something in Common. I was contacted by the representative with the the results of my tests. I couldn’t understand anything she was saying to me because of her accent. I asked her to email me the results of the tests, because I wanted to read them by myself to understand hopefully what my results were, I asked her to send them to me. She said that she sent an email with the results to me, but she didn’t, I didn’t receive any emails. I had to call back and reschedule a phone appointment, because I wanted to know the results, and I would like somebody to explain clearly to me what is going on with me and my health. I never leave bad reviews, but in this case I have to, because I think that this kind of customer service is not acceptable, it is about health, people need to have a good and clear understanding of what is going on, they need to be able to understand and, if necessary, to ask questions and get clear answers. The customer service I received was not acceptable.
