Doctor Liu did an exceptional job on my finger where it should have been amputated at the tip he was able to save 90% of my fingertip and it doesn't look too badvfor the damage that was done to it. I’m really happy with all the treatment I ve beings Erving from Doctors Timothy , I want to say thank you to him, the only issue I had was on Visalia office that I rescheduled an appointment tha one I had 10/6/22 to 10/9/22 and I Show morerecibe the confirmation and the 9th the receptionist didn’t let me see the doctor she rescheduled again over a month later so I’ve on pain for more than a month, I made a coment to Timothy and he couldn’t understood, why, that’s the only complaint I have.
Dr. Jonathan Liu is a Board Certified Hand and Wrist Surgeon at Sequoia Institute for Surgical Services, which has locations in Visalia, Porterville, and Reedley, California. He has been practicing in our community for over 12 years. He is experienced in taking care of both traumatic and degenerative diseases of the upper extremity and hands and wrists.
He is a Fellow of American College of Surgeons (FACS), Member of American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH), and Member of American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS). In addition he is also Board Certified in General Surgery.
Special training in Microvascular and Microsurgery, Dr. Liu uses a microscope during surgery to perform replantation and revascularization of amputated fingers, hands, wrist and arm.
He treats all conditions of the finger, hand, wrist, forearm and elbow for soft tissue, ligamental, nerve, vascular, bone, and joint disorders and fractures. Minimal invasive procedures and conservative treatments.

Dr Tan took the time to listen to what I had to say. He then clearly explained what I needed to accomplish before he was ready to perform surgery. The follow-up appointment - to ascertain my progress - was set immediately. It was a great combination of respect for patient, efficiency and competence. Would totally recommend.
It was really good except the waiting time, I waited almost 2 hrs before I was seen !!! Staff was very friendly, and helpful!! Need to figure out a better schedule!!

The office staff as well as the medical assistants treat me great they are very helpful and efficient as well as efficient. I have been treated by Dr. Livermore as well as Dr. Tan. They both listen as well as explain. My medical treatment that I have received have been excellent. I do recommend this group to my friends and family.

I made an appointment 3 months ago in Visalia. Arrived at 0745. Front desk said I didn't have an appointment there that it had been moved to Porterville. I was never advised of that change. Front desk said it wasn't her fault but mine. Said she would call and advise Pville that I would be in there later that day. She didn't make the call. Very rude. The Pville staff and Dr Tan are a great and I recommend the to anyone.
