Galina Serdtsev and her assistant Melissa were awesome! They both made me feel so very welcome and helped me tremendously with my issue. The wealth of information given was so very helpful. Galina took her time and the visit was nShow moreever rushed. She answered every question I had in detail. Melissa was very personable and followed up with everything I was supposed to do post visit. The front desk ladies were also extremely friendly. I am so very fortunate that my doctor referred me to Thomas Dermatology. I was extremely anxious prior to the visit and these wonderful ladies made me feel so very comfortable. As picky a person that I am, I would definitely recommend this dermatologist to anyone!
The staff is very responsive. At the front desk Jaclyn took personal ownership in saying if billing doesn’t send a receipt call me and I’ll help. Billing did indeed send a receipt within an hour. Dominique is also very friendly anShow mored knowledgeable and whenever I call she calls back right away. I appreciate that Dr. Spoon does full body exams to check for any skin concerns and to also assess how effective current medication is. She also asks if there’s anything else I wanted to ask; she doesn’t assume that I only came in for psoriasis.

Returning to her roots, she followed her desire to work in the medical field and received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Touro University Nevada. Additionally, she has experience working as a cardiology research assistant in Oslo, Norway, and practicing phlebotomy in Las Vegas.
Jordan holds accomplishments in her licensure from the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners and certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She has gained exemplary knowledge working under Douglas Thomas, MD, FAAD, at Thomas Dermatology, delivering exceptional service to her patients.

Jordan is phenomenal! I went to her with a skin condition that made my life basically unbearable, she was relentless in her efforts to help. She was always available when I was in the midst of a flair, thanks to her efforts I’m now in remission.
