Best Doctors in Tri county their patients are like family to them. Doesn’t get any better as far as medical treatment all the MAs and nurses office staff and general are the nicest people you would ever want to meet. I’ve seen theShow morem even with nasty customers and they stay humble and respectful, very professional organization, I would recommend to anyone one of the doctors saved my life I had COVID-19 on a ventilator for two months they pronounced me dead twice even though my doctor was not a Memorial doctor. He still checked on me daily and consulted my wife on a daily basis on what to do and not to do I owe my life to these physicians.

A physician who takes the time to sit with you and explain any questions is hard to come by these days. The staff is polite and helpful PA Joseph Mascenik is by far the most attentive practitioner that I have had in the last 12 years.
I have been with Dr. Issa and Dr. Mascenik for over twenty years and I would recommend their practice to anyone. Quality care, your needs are addressed and they go out of their way to provide personal touch. Best of the best. Now sporting a new facility that’s ample, super clean and modern.
Everyone from the front to the back of the office is welcoming, helpful, and kind. I have been seeing Dr. Joseph Mascenik for the last six years and would not change a thing. He makes me feel comfortable and is concerned about my needs.
Dr is a good listening, he help me out with all my problems, my referrals was done before I left office, also when I made an appt I call the office and Leandra from call center was very helpful that the Dr call me back the same day.
They are good doctors, they talk to you. Explain everything, don't rush you out. Wanna know all your what's going and and tell you. What is happening with you? They don't just rush you first place. I don't feel like. They're just taking my money it's a very good doctor's office thank you
They are always polite and caring about there patients. They also get you in and our quickly. The only issue would be is parking for there location.
Dr. Issa is a fantastic doctor. He has the best bedside manner and understands when you tell him what’s going on. He took over from my last primary I had for 30 years and I have been very very happy.
Excellent staff
I became very sick, with more than one issue. I needed tests done but every facility either would NOT answer or call back and when I did get an appointment finally they called to cancel the day before. Mr. Masonic never gave up trying to get me into a testing place, he even called me at home to check on me.

On line booking was not in sync with Doctors office! On line did not follow up! Hurd office girl tell On line people they had to call her. To verify appointment! They did not! But, once they hot to me everything went smoothly!
