Dr Graubert seemed very compendent. However he was not the doctor I needed. When I called for the appointment I told the person that was scheduling I need a back doctor that could give me a injection for sciatica. Dr Graubert can'Show moret do that. Now I have to pay another co-pay and see a spine surgeon. I spoke with an administrator and told her that I was not happy with the scheduling. She apologized and offered to reschedule me with the correct doctor. I told her no I would go elsewhere. I was very upset because I am I great pain and needed relief immediately. I will take the steroid pack Dr Graubert prescribed and then reschedule with one of your surgeons. I feel like since your employee make the error my co-pay should be credited to my next appointment
With Dr. Agudelo everything in order, professional and friendly. The point was at the reception (right side, a man attending) something rude when greeting, when he answered that he came for an appointment, the only thing he told mShow moree was that you must pay 10 dollars. After a few minutes I saw that many people signed a form, I got up and asked that person if I should do it and he answered me very strongly that of course I did, and also told me why he had not done it. I replied that I was not told that I should do it. and again in a rude way, because you must do it. The service and its quality begins at the front door and a friendly greeting and guide, it is not good to receive a rude perception.

Very professional, very human, with spectacular treatment.
Dr Agudelo change my life. I had osteoarthritis for many years and I went to his office and he analyzed my condition and define an action plan. He already replaced my left heap and knee and referral my case to another colleague that did the ankle replacement. Now I’m in the recovery process. He is the best in his field. He used the latest technology and do the follow up. I recommend him and his team 100%.

I have no problems with Dr. Agudelo. He’s an amazing surgeon and he is taking care of me since he did both of my knees at the same time on the same day. I just happen to have a bone spur. This decided to show up and we’re going to fix that now.

Personal and professional
As always, he’s to the point. Gives you his explanation and whatever info he feels regarding your issue. I’ve recommended him to several people. Even my daughter and son-in- law drive down from Port St. Lucie to see him. That alone is a prime plus for him. I also must say I was at the Atlantis location today and Lilly, who was handling sign in patients was absolutely terrific. And this come from my experience as an office manager for a doctor for 9 years.
