If you really want to know how my experience was then get a hold of me in person. Because whatever I said to someone over the phone prior to going there was worthless and what matters worse was employees didn't even care to listenShow more to me when I said that I'm in so much pain right now that I need sit down. Patience shouldn't have to stand there in agony while others are sitting on there ass and just keep asking the same questions that I I've answered on line on paper and over the phone! Can anybody see a problem here. When I talked on the phone and I was supposed to come there to get steroid injections I told the lady that I'm on Plavix and I'm will be coming from quite a distance so I want to make sure that this would not be a wasted of my time and effort and I also told her that I have never been to a place that gives spinal injections without prior approval from my doctor that issued the Plavix to me. I also told her that riding in a car is uncomfortable because of my pain issues and I don't want to ride all the way up too your clinic suffering for nothing. SHE TOLD ME AND I QUOTE THAT WE WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. We'll nothing was fine, it was horrible. I rode in a car for little over a hour to get there. Had to fill out a bunch more paperwork and most of it was the same questions that I had already answered on line. Your place did nothing for me charged a lot of money gave me a drug test because I answered truthfully that I had smoked Marijuana before. What your question to using drugs didn't ask was how long ago. I smoked Marijuana over 38 years ago. I'm a 60 year old that's worked since I was 12 years old. Spent 42 years working on a concrete floor. What appalled me the most is your business is supposed to be focused on people's health issues and actually be concerned for their Pain that their going through, so I ask you this, if this company is so concerned about people's pain then why do you make people stand while you're employees sit comfortably in a chair having no concern about the patience who have to stand there in total agony while you're employees have no empathy for their pain because myself and others have said that we can't stand here any longer because of the excruciating pain so they ignore the patient or say okay to the patient that says I need to sit down, but 15 seconds later they call your name again and ask more questions and have you stand there again. This doesn't sound like pain control it sounds like slow painful torture.
I’ve been going there for about 25 to 30 years can’t really remember it’s been a long long time. The ladies are wonderful jewelry is my favorite. Of course she’s my nurse practitioner and I really like her. She’s knows what she’s Show moredoing. The only problem I have at the facility is that the doors should have doors that automatic open for people with wheelchairs walkers and things of disability it’s kind of hard today. I watched a woman with a handicapped child in a big wheelchair trying to get out she has a little girl with her that helped her are use a walker and it’s usually butt first. other than that I have no complaints as I said I’ve been coming there for a long long time. I love everybody there and they’re so nice and very nice ladies that work there and I had a lady been trying to teach me how to get on the portal and she is doing wonderful. She’s very patient with me. Thank you, Holly, she knows I’m old and don’t have much of a brain. Ha ha ha thank you I hope you’re not upset about me telling you about the doors you need automatic doors for us handicapped old people and young people that use walkers. It’s kind of difficult getting in and out. Thank you again I appreciate you guys.

Miss Julie makes you feel comfortable she. Miss Julie this time in which I don't know new what was needed all I said was my shoulder was starting to bother me the set me up for my shots same as my legs as if she new what I was thinkin to keep me moving not like my friends that complain and don't better their lives not saying nothing hurts but makes it tolerable to keep helping the young folks that want to get in the trades between her and Maxfield I would most likely to be depressed sitting on my ass feeling sorry for my self so if I die on the job at least I was doing what I love The staff is great don't have attitudes and so far i sent two people to the office and the speak highly of it too hope this was a good read to person who read it.
Had a new NP and she was great. She actually went thru seeing if my joints and other parts were working.
Julie Stein truly researched my pain issues. Concluded multiple causes. Julie methodically did her du-diligences in order to help me with my pains. Not all pains are the same. Julie asked the right questions to obtain the correct answers to get at the root cause of each of these inflictions. Julie's is very experienced which also makes her very knowledgeable and Julie understands how to best apply these skills. I for one am thankful for her choice of professions. To feel ones pain takes great Compassion. But to Heal ones Pains is a true gift from a Humble person whom Champions those with inflictions.

I FEEL THAT JULIE DID HER JOB AND CAN ONLY DO WHAT SHE IS ALLOWED. HOWEVER I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY I CANT GET SOME STRONGER PAIN MEIDCATION THEN LYRICA AND TRAMADOL. I THOUGHT IT WAS A PAIN MANAGEMENT , YOU ALL DID SHOTS AND ABLASIONS ON MY BACK TO NO AVAIL AND NEVER WOULD GIVE ME ANY MEDS FOR MY BACK
