J Patel is a physician assistant certified in hormone replacement. His experience includes four years specializing in hormone replacement therapies and more than five years in pain management. His patients often seek his expertise in joint injections as they recuperate from injuries.
Before moving to the United States, J Patel was a registered pharmacist in India. After relocating, he earned an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Findlay in Ohio.
Following his desire to work one-on-one with patients, he decided to become a physician assistant and completed his studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
J Patel focuses on preventive health care and uses his combined training in pharmacy and as a physician assistant to develop customized treatment plans for each patient.
Besides his practice at MyFitMed, J Patel currently serves in the United States Army as an Army Reserve Physician Assistant at the officer level. When he’s not working, J Patel enjoys spending time with his wife — who is a dentist — and son. He especially enjoys outdoor activities.

Oh it was nice J allowed me to explain and express my goals and concerns and he listened- that’s the main thing,, he gave me his honest opinion and I believe it was good advice he didn’t try to sell me services that I didn’t need,,, that’s so important to me being a health care practitioner myself.
I highly recommend MD Patel. He is very knowledgeable and honest explaining all the things that we need to know. We had a lot questions and He took the time to explain everything patiently .

I am a female in her 20s experiencing low testosterone and estrogen. I workout 6-7x per week as a bodybuilder. I did my research before coming to J and wasn’t disappointed. J sat with me and explained everything and went over the options we could take. And he explained realistic side effects with each. Recommended and will be seeing him again.
