Karen is a great psychiatrist! All phone calls are outsourced to the Philippines. Calls don't go to the office. I called for a month to schedule a follow up appointment. I left messages saying, "call when I'm not at work". TheyShow more called back at the same time each day. Their voicemails said, "please call back to schedule an appointment". I called 30+ times and it went to voicemail each time. Pharmacist tried to call twice, calls not returned. I ran out out of my meds. Absolutely deplorable
