Board-certified family nurse practitioner Kashaelyn Hollins-Henderson, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, brings high-quality medical services, including diagnostic evaluations, lab work, and customized treatment plans directly to a patient’s home. Kashaelyn earned her associate degree in nursing from Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas. She later completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing and her master of science in nursing, becoming a family nurse practitioner at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas.

As an advanced practice registered nurse, Kashaelyn brings her experience in chronic disease management and acute care to individuals aged 18 and up. She offers prescriptions for medications, coordinates referrals to specialists, and performs a variety of procedures, including wound care in a well-equipped medical office. Sports and school physicals are also available for adolescents in junior high and high school.

At LTH Family Medicine, Kashaelyn takes an integrative approach to managing men’s health and women’s health. She provides comprehensive physical exams, immunizations, and preventive health screenings for adults of all ages. X-rays and other advanced diagnostic technologies are available in the office for patient convenience. 

Kashaelyn also offers the health resources people need to maintain long-term health and wellness, including medically supervised weight loss programs. Through nutrition counseling, meal planning, and other weight loss strategies, she supports an individual’s journey to better health and fitness.
