Well I have a great Dr. I really don't know Ms.kiñg I hàd to go in friday because of a ríde ídsue therefore I saw ps king.told her it was timé fór méds tone refilled,pain mefs would of been doñè sat,,I jßvé s bßd cold but it'd nótShow more COVID,she told me dhé should çßll in prëdisone so I could get be my flu shot,I'm doing without my painmed oxycodone 10mg 4 times were supposed to be dtsrted yesterday and I'm suffering bad prëdisone was supposed too be called in fri í went to drugstore as she said and waited aslong asi vóulf stand,at 445pm I got a ríde back to see what thè próblem was and nobody was there and the door was open I vryrd out for anybody to answer everybody was gone for the day I thought they closed at 5,then I realized if all the Drs were gone then she cóuldnt sign óff ,I walked. Zs much as I could I left a note sr receptiónist desk explains the door was left unlocked ,I locked it and left .
She is very understand I can tell that her nurse assistant truly listen to you health problems in go back in full detail in explain everything to Doctor Kathy I was worried at first because Dr Brinkman a great doctor he was the fiShow morerst doctor that I trust but after talking with her she have my best interest since I have a problem with digest system she ask about try difference medicine I trying but i give me a headache but the physical I got to get use to each but if don't work I thank she would try work difference my back in my grion is so painful it's hard for walk but she sincerely care that make me feel at ease because she truly care thank you for listening
Katelynn King, a physician assistant, received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in biology from the University of Georgia. She then earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies, cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her motivation to study medicine stemmed from her desire to help patients along their medical journeys.
“Holistically, the most meaningful patient visits are those in which a patient will thank me for taking the time to listen,” she explains. “Although this seems small, I believe that each patient’s voice should be heard.”
Early in her career, while working in orthopedic trauma and orthopedic oncology, Katelynn witnessed how a serious diagnosis or chronic pain can alter an individual’s life. This experience led her to shift her career focus to pain management, where she could provide compassionate care while building long-lasting connections with patients.
“The most rewarding part of pain management is allowing patients to continue to live independent lives with adequate pain control,” she says. “I know that there won’t be a cure for the patients that I encounter on a daily basis, but it is very rewarding to know that I do have the ability to change their daily lives, if only a little, for the better.”
A Georgia native, Katelynn spent part of her childhood in California, where she learned how to ski before returning to the East Coast. She enjoys sailing with her family and hiking throughout North and South Carolina. Katelynn and her husband, Cameron, have two dogs, a black lab named Atlas, and a mini Goldendoodle named Chewie.

Do great job and fast.
She's the best
There is a bit of a wait sometimes, but Dr King is great. She listens and cares about your pain issues.
The front office is always friendly and welcomes me by my name when I come in. The doctors and assistants in the back are also very professional and I always happy to help me because I'm visually impaired.

Very good pain management. They are concerned about your pain and what they can do to help elevate it. They also address any concerns about over medicating with opiates and making sure you do not become over dependent on them(opiates.) And they are fast. I'm never there for over and hour. In and out...that's a plus.
