I have seen Dr. Cartwright twice and have been impressed both times. The first time was a follow up after my d&c. There was a scheduling mix up and the doctor I was supposed to see was not there that day. Dr. Cartwright kindly sawShow more me as an addition to her schedule at the end of the day, but I did not feel like an add on at all. She had clearly taken the time to familiarize herself with my entire chart. She knew the entire timeline of my missed miscarriage from start to finish and sympathized with how long the process took and how I was feeling. She took the time to make me feel cared about and talk to me about a cyst I have. I didn’t feel rushed at all even though I’m sure the last thing she wanted to do at the end of a long day was see another patient who was not her own. I was so impressed with her care and compassion I decided to see her moving forward. My second time seeing Dr. Cartwright was a follow up to check on my cyst and I was just as impressed. Once again, she had very clearly reviewed my chart and was familiar with everything I had gone through. She addressed my cyst and followed up on how I’m doing post miscarriage and where my husband and I stand with current family planning. I can’t explain how much of a difference having such a wonderful doctor made for me after my miscarriage.
Dr Cartwright is the best doctor I've ever met, much less gynocologist. I've been in total despair about finding someone to listen to my unusual issues. Also Joanne the nurse (or maybe office Mgr?) is amazing. The office staff anShow mored phone system is horrible. They don't pick up the phone, or return calls, or provide information well, or act welcoming, or anything like that. Before I got in to Dr Cartwright I had been sent away for not having complete intake paperwork, which I never received in the mail or email, and was not given to fill out in the office. I was told there wasn't time to see me, and was in tears from the rudeness. Joann called as I was getting in my car and asked me to come back. She worked me in w Cartwright and it was a lovely experience from there. But scheduling, communication, paperwork online, email, website, all need a complete overhaul. And they need to be part of the st Peter's portal.

Dr. Cartwright is very knowledgeable, and answers all questions with heart! She is present with you in the conversation, she listens and gleans very well when you have a question and knows how to answer in the common "women's' language (layman's terms). She is very gentle during the pap exam and keeps you informed during the entire process. Love her!!

This was a challenging appointment for physiological reasons but I felt extremely cared for, advocated for, and comfortable leaving with the treatment and information I needed. Dr C was appropriately persistent, and informative, and checked in to see how I was faring numerous times.
