The entire staff here is so amazing and friendly! They make you feel sooo comfortable no matter what and truly go above and beyond to show they care for each and every patient! Dr. Rosey has seriously been a life changer for me & Show morethere is no one that I’ve ever been to that compares to the care, compassion and knowledge she has gave me since my first visit! She is not there just for a paycheck she is there because she truly cares and wants to help you be the healthiest you possible! Love her!
I had an acute on chronic episode of sciatica and as I work there, it is super convenient to check in as a patient while on a break. It also saves on gas. Judith, our receptionist stepped into action and did an amazing job taking Show morecare of my needs while our hard working MA was on a much needed lunch break. I felt relief within 24hrs. There was no wait time as staff are pretty quick at getting patients in and out. I definitely recommend establishing care at Primary Care Clinic of Jackson. 5 stars.

My experience with Primary Care Clinic has been great. The nursing staff are friendly and personable. Few issues with scheduling and computer glitch but was addressed and corrected promptly with positive outcome. Kathy and current NP(Sara )are very thorough, understanding and caring. Overall I recommend this clinic for all healthcare needs.

This was a very positive experience. She took her time with me and answered any questions I had. I appreciated her listening to me and my concerns. Labs were ordered and it was easy to come back for those. I highly recommend these doctors.
I enjoyed my first visit here. The really seemed to listen and take what I had to say as important. They were not pushy with their opinions, but really seemed like they wanted my input on my care.
